1 cup cooked rice per person
½-1 cup cooked Chicken per person (cut into pieces)
Sauce (feeds about 4 people):
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
½-3/4 cup Milk (depending on the consistency you want)
1-2 cloves Garlic (minced)
Top with any number of the following:
Pineapple
Olives
Chow Mein Noodles
Green Onions
Tomatoes
Peas
Mushrooms
Cheddar Cheese
Almonds or Cashews
Mandarin Oranges
Celery
